Repeals

Section 20. Repeals.

Repeals are as follows:

(1) The General Assembly finds that the repeal under paragraph (2) is necessary to effectuate section 2 of this act.

(2) Section 8 of the act of July 2, 2019 (P.L.318, No.44), is repealed.
