Interstate Commerce

Section 1202. Interstate Commerce.--No provision of this act shall apply, or be construed to apply, to foreign of interstate commerce, except in so far as the same may be effective in accordance with the Constitution of the United States and the laws of the United States enacted pursuant thereto.
