Section 2

Section 2. The deed of conveyance shall contain a clause that the lands conveyed shall be used for the construction of a second fire station by the Township of Upper St. Clair and if at any time the said Township of Upper St. Clair or its successor in function conveys said property or authorizes or permits said property to be used for any purpose other than public safety purposes or general government purposes, the title thereto shall immediately revert to and revest in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
