Section 3. Definitions.
The following words and phrases when used in this act shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
"Board." The Pennsylvania Business Resource Center Advisory Board.
"Center." The Pennsylvania Business Resource Center.
"Department." The Department of Commerce of the Commonwealth.
Compiler's Note: The Department of Commerce, referred to in
this section, was renamed the Department of Community and
Economic Development by Act 58 of 1996.
