Section 13. Appropriation.
The sum of $10,000,000 is hereby appropriated to the Department of Agriculture from the Pennsylvania Economic Revitalization Fund for the purposes set forth in this act. The appropriation made hereby shall be a continuing appropriation.
Compiler's Note: Section 15 of Act 134 of 1994 provided that the appropriation in section 13 is repealed in the amount of $535,000 and shall lapse into the General Fund for appropriation pursuant to section 14 of Act 134.
