Section 19. And be it further enacted by the authority aforesaid, That the court of quarter sessions of and for the county of Allegheny, shall not, in any matter or thing have any further or other powers or jurisdictions within the said city, than the said mayors court may or can have in the said county and without the bounds and limits of the said city.
