Section 2. The Grant of Easement shall contain a clause that the land shall be used for the erection and use of a booster pumping station by the City of Lancaster Authority and if it authorizes or permits said property to be used for any purpose other than a public purpose the easement granted therein shall immediately terminate and revert to and revest in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
