Section 3. Officer Gregg Memorial Bypass.
(a) Designation.--The section of State Route 413 in Newtown Township, Bucks County, from the intersection with State Route 532 to the intersection with Interstate 95, known locally as the Newtown 413 Bypass, is designated and shall be known as the Officer Gregg Memorial Bypass.
(b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs which shall display the name of the bypass designated in subsection (a) at each end.
