Section 8. Use of existing funds.
Of the $14,580,000 which is authorized for the purchase of the furniture and equipment for the projects which are included in section 4, the sum of $1,251,000 shall be provided from excess funds available in the unallocated reserve of the Capital Facilities Fund from previous furniture and equipment appropriations.
