Section 2. The Deed of Conveyance shall contain a clause that the land conveyed shall be used for purposes directly related to mental health and mental retardation by the Hazleton- Nanticoke MH/MR Center, Inc., and if at any time the Hazleton- Nanticoke MH/MR Center, Inc., or its successor in function, conveys said property or authorizes or permits said land to be used for any purposes other than those directly related to mental health and mental retardation, the title thereto shall immediately revert to and revest in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
