Section 1. Construction of sidewalks
From and after the passage of this act, all persons owning lands along the public highways of this Commonwealth shall have the right to lay out and build one sidewalk along said public highway, as far as said persons' lands may extend along the same. 1889, May 7, P.L. 110, Sec. 1.
