Section 2104. Effective date.
This act shall take effect as follows:
(1) This section shall take effect immediately.
(2) The following provisions shall take effect November 1, 2014:
(i) Chapters 1, 7 and 21.
(ii) Sections 302, 303, 304, 305, 306, 307, 308, 310 and 313.
(3) The remainder of this act shall take effect January 1, 2015.
