Section 2

Section 2. The Deed of Conveyance shall contain a clause that the lands conveyed shall be leased by the Redevelopment Authority of the County of Montgomery for a satellite antenna site and if at any time the said Redevelopment Authority or its successor in function conveys said property or permits said property to be used for any purpose other than those aforementioned, the title thereto shall immediately revert to and revest in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
