Section 15. Power of Department of Public Welfare
The same power and authority that are given by ordinance of councils or acts of Assembly to the guardians of the poor, prison inspectors and managers of the House of Refuge of the City of Philadelphia, are hereby extended to the managers of the House of Correction, employment and reformation, of the City of Philadelphia. 1871, June 2, P.L. 1301, Sec. 15.
