Section 18. Annual Statement
The board of managers shall, on or before the first day of November of each year, submit to councils a statement of the sums necessary for the maintenance of the House of Correction, employment and reformation, for the ensuing term. 1871, June 2, P.L. 1301, Sec. 18.
