Section 2. Councils to regulate licenses
Councils of the cities of the second and third classes, after the approval of this act, shall be empowered to fix by ordinance the amount to be paid for a license, and the time the same shall be granted for, and prescribe and regulate the manner of payment thereof into the treasury of such cities. 1881, June 10, P.L. 109, Sec. 2.
