Section 1. Constables, county detectives, sheriffs, deputy sheriffs, waterways patrolmen and game protectors shall perform all those duties authorized or imposed on them by statute.
Compiler's Note: Section 4 of Act 49 of 2009 provided that
section 1 is repealed insofar as it relates to
constables.
