Section 2. All rules and regulations limiting the powers of constables, county detectives, sheriffs, deputy sheriffs, waterways patrolmen and game protectors or suspending any statute relating thereto are repealed in so far as they are inconsistent herewith.
Compiler's Note: Section 4 of Act 49 of 2009 provided that
section 2 is repealed insofar as it relates to
constables.
