Section 2. The Deed of Conveyance shall contain a clause that the lands conveyed shall be used as a training school for State volunteer firefighters by the Abington Area Line Officers Association and if at any time the said association or its successor in function conveys said property or authorizes or permits said property to be used for any purpose other than fire fighting purposes, the title thereto shall immediately revert to and revest in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
