Section 3. The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain road signs which shall display the name of the Purple Heart Highway at the beginning and end of the section of highway so designated in section 1. The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain signs which shall display the name of the Kurt Strauss Memorial Bridge at each end of the bridge so designated in section 2.
