Section 1. Designation.
That portion of the U.S. Route 1 Expressway (Legislative Route No. 281) from the interchange with the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Bensalem Township to the interchange of U.S. Route 1 at the State boundary with New Jersey shall hereafter be known as the Martin Luther King, Jr., Expressway.
