Section 3. (a) The interchange of I-90 and State Route 8 in Erie County is hereby designated as the Louis A. Magnano Interchange in honor of Louis A. Magnano, owner of Blue Bird Bus Lines.
(b) The Department of Transportation shall erect signs to display the name of the interchange.
