Section 2. Total authorization.
(a) Public improvements.--The total authorization for the additional capital projects in the category of public improvement projects itemized in section 2.1 and to be acquired or constructed by the Department of General Services, its successors or assigns, and to be financed by the incurring of debt shall be $4,600,000.
(b) Redevelopment assistance.--The total authorization for the additional capital projects in the category of redevelopment assistance and redevelopment assistance capital projects itemized in section 2.2 for capital grants by the Department of Community Affairs, its successors or assigns, and to be financed by the incurring of debt, shall be $6,000,000.
(c) Highway and airport projects.--The total authorization for the capital projects in the category of highway and airport projects itemized in this act and to be constructed by the Department of Transportation, its successors or assigns and to be financed from current revenues of the Motor License Fund shall be $1,521,903,000.
