Section 2. The parcel of land authorized to be transferred pursuant to this act to J. Eugene Stumpf, by the Township of Springettsbury, York County, is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on a division line between lands of Springettsbury Township and J. Eugene Stumpf; thence along lands of Springettsbury Township, of which this was a part, south 42 degrees 44 minutes 32 seconds east 133.33 feet to a point; thence by same, south 04 degrees 51 minutes 49 seconds west 175 feet to a point at lands of J. Eugene Stumpf; thence by same north 80 degrees 44 minutes 56 seconds west 40 feet to an iron pin; thence by same, north 07 degrees 44 minutes 56 seconds west 268.31 feet to a point and the place of beginning. Containing 0.3156 acre.

The parcel of land to be transferred to the Township of Springettsbury, York County, by J. Eugene Stumpf in exchange for the parcel described in section 2 above, is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on a division line between lands of Springettsbury Township and J. Eugene Stumpf; thence along said lands of J. Eugene Stumpf, of which this was a part, north 42 degrees 44 minutes 32 seconds west 297.24 feet to an iron pin at lands now or formerly of Joanne McGlaughlin; thence along other lands of Springettsbury Township, south 79 degrees 00 minutes 46 seconds east 180 feet to an iron pin; thence by same, south 07 degrees 44 minutes 56 seconds east 185.69 feet to a point and the place of beginning. Containing 0.3633 acre.
