Section 1. Roxanne H. Jones Avenue.
(a) Designation.--That section of Allegheny Avenue (SR 1013) in Philadelphia County beginning on Ridge Avenue and ending at Sedgley Avenue is hereby designated and shall also be known as Roxanne H. Jones Avenue.
(b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain road signs which shall display the name of Roxanne H. Jones Avenue at the beginning and the end of the section of the avenue designated in subsection (a).
