Section 4. Arthur F. Detisch Memorial Bridge.
(a) Designation.--The bridge on State Route 832, on Peninsula Drive, Millcreek Township, Erie County, which crosses over the railway tracks of the Norfolk Southern Railway or of any successor is designated and shall be known as the Arthur F. Detisch Memorial Bridge.
(b) Markers.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate markers or signs to indicate this designation to motorists.
