Section 2052.1-L. Institution duties.
Each institution of higher education shall:
(1) Participate in the program.
(2) Certify an applicant's eligibility as presented by the agency not later than 30 calendar days after receipt of the request.
(3) Identify and report to the agency, in a manner prescribed by the agency, all courses of study offered by the institution that are eligible for the program, no later than 60 days after the effective date of this paragraph and no later than January 15 of each year thereafter.
(4) Following certification from the agency, post on the institution of higher education's publicly accessible Internet website all approved courses of study under this subarticle that are offered at the institution of higher education.
(5) Post information about the program on the institution of higher education's publicly accessible Internet website.
