Section 701-A. Definitions.
The following words and phrases when used in this article shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
"Athletic facility." A locker room, gymnasium, arena, pool, athletic training room, weight room or any other location used by students and their coaches for sports training, practice, competition and coaching.
"Department." The Department of Education of the Commonwealth.
"Public school facility." A structure, building or facility occupied by ownership, lease or other agreement and used by a school entity.
"School entity." A school district, area career and technical school, intermediate unit, cyber charter school, charter school or regional charter school.
