Section 3. Nittany Parkway.
(a) Designation of parkway.--The section of Route 26 in Centre County from the Centre County, Huntingdon County border to State College is hereby designated and shall be known as the Nittany Parkway.
(b) Road signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain road signs which shall display the name of Nittany Parkway at the beginning and the end of the section of the highway designated in this section.
