Section 5. James DiCosimo Bypass.
(a) Designation.--The Mount Union Bypass in Huntingdon County, beginning at Juniata Avenue in the village of Allenport, Shirley Township, and proceeding north to the intersection of US 22 in Wayne Township, Mifflin County, is hereby designated and shall be known as the James DiCosimo Bypass.
(b) Signs.--Within 60 days of completion of construction of the highway described in subsection (a), the Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain road signs displaying the designation "James DiCosimo Bypass" at the beginning and end of the highway.
