Section 8.3. Rosa Parks Memorial Highway.
(a) Designation.--The highway in the City of Chester carrying State Route 291 is hereby designated and shall be known as the Rosa Parks Memorial Highway.
(b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect appropriate signs at each end of the highway displaying the designation under subsection (a).
