Section 1. Organization of sectional boards of directors
The board of directors of each school section, in the city of philadelphia, shall hereafter meet and organize their respective boards by the election of a president and secretary, on the first Monday of January next succeeding the annual election for directors. 1865, Feb. 16, P.L. 151, Sec. 1.
