Section 84. Limited waiver of local requirements.
Notwithstanding any other provisions of law, any requirements for matching funds for the capital projects in the category of highway bridge projects contained in sections 11(b)(16), 14(b)(7), 17(a)(1), 29(a)(13), 42(a)(3) and (4), 43(b)(13), 44(b)(58) and (59), 49(b)(10) and (11) and 52(a)(7), (21), (22) and (b)(10), (11), (12), (13), (14) and (15) may be totally waived by the Department of Transportation.
