Section 2

Section 2. And be it further enacted by the authority aforesaid, That the sum of eight hundred dollars, be, and the same is hereby appropriated for the discharge of such miscellaneous claims against the commonwealth not otherwise provided for as may be admitted in due course of settlement by the accountant officers; Provided, That it shall be the duty of said officers to report specially to the next legislature the nature and amount of the demands paid under the provision of this section.
