Section 3. Annual report
It shall be the duty of the secretary of the land office to make report to the legislature during the first week of every session, of the business that shall have been performed in his office within the preceding year, together with the state of his office during that period. 1811, April 2, P.L. 254, 5 Sm.l. 269, Sec. 3.
