Section 4. It is agreed that the County of Washington will work with representatives of the Western Center Board of Trustees and the Western Center Parents Group in order to attempt to maximize potential employment opportunities for the developmentally disabled in conjunction with the use of the land for an economic development project. This agreement reflects a responsibility of the grantee and is not intended to be a deed covenant.
