Information to Municipalities

Section 106. Information to Municipalities.--The board shall, with the aid of its actuary, prepare a circular of information relative to the system, showing estimates of the costs thereof to municipalities and members, including costs of administration, the benefits to be derived therefrom, the methods of administration by the board and the municipality, and such other information as may be deemed appropriate. Such circular of information shall be furnished to municipalities upon request.
