Section 1. Kittanning Citizens Bridge.
(a) Designation.--The bridge carrying SR 1038 over the Allegheny River and connecting Kittanning Borough and West Kittanning Borough, Armstrong County, shall be known as the Kittanning Citizens Bridge.
(b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain signs at each end of the bridge designated in subsection (a) displaying the name of the bridge.
