Section 3. Leonard C. Miller Bridge.
(a) Redesignation.--The Apollo Bridge carrying SR 66 across the Kiskiminetas River between Oklahoma Borough, Westmoreland County, and Apollo Borough, Armstrong County, is hereby redesignated and shall be known as the Leonard C. Miller Bridge.
(b) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain signs to indicate the redesignation under subsection (a).
