Section 7. Cooperative Agreements.--The secretary is authorized to enter into cooperative agreements with the Secretary, United States Department of Agriculture to enhance the effectiveness of this act including agreements to accept such Federal funds as are provided and offered to the Commonwealth and its political subdivisions for the administration of this act.
