Section 2. C. Vance DeiCas Memorial Highway.
(a) Highway designation.--That section of Route 3013 in Westmoreland County beginning on Interstate 70 and ending at the Donora-Monessen Bridge is hereby designated and shall be known as the C. Vance DeiCas Memorial Highway.
(b) Markers.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain road signs, which shall display the name of C. Vance DeiCas Memorial Highway, at the beginning and the end of the section of the highway designated in subsection (a).
