Section 2. Space allocation.
The Bi-partisan Management Committee of the House of Representatives shall hereafter have the authority to change the allocation of space in the Speaker Matthew J. Ryan Legislative Office Building, formerly known as the Capitol Annex Building, and may allocate and reallocate that space for such legislative purposes as it deems necessary.
