Section 11. This act shall take effect as follows:
(1) Sections 1 (section 104), 2 (section 447) and this section shall take effect immediately.
(2) Sections 1 (sections 212, 402 and 433), 3 (section 464), 7 (section 507), 9 and 10 shall take effect June 30, 1992.
(3) The remainder of this act shall take effect in 60 days.
