Section 1. Relocated Traffic Route 15, extending from the intersection of existing Traffic Route 15 with relocated Traffic Route 15 approximately 1.5 miles south of the Mansfield Borough line in Richmond Township, Tioga County, and continuing along relocated Traffic Route 15 a distance of 4.0 miles to end at the intersection of relocated Traffic Route 15 with existing Traffic Route 15 approximately 0.5 mile north of the Mansfield Borough line in Richmond Township, which route is currently designated as 1036 section E-60, is hereby designated and shall be known as the Harold G. Strait Memorial Highway. The Department of Transportation shall install, where it deems feasible, the appropriate markers designating this section of highway as the Harold G. Strait Memorial Highway.
