Section 1. Authorization.
The Department of General Services, with the approval of the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission and the Governor, is hereby authorized and directed on behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to grant and convey to Milton Area School District, for one dollar ($1.00), approximately 0.374 acres of land and a stone school building formerly known as "Sodom School" as described in The Indenture from Milton Area School District dated June 12, 1968.
