Section 1. (a) The portion of U.S. Route 220 from the intersection of S.R.44 to the Halls exit in Lycoming County is designated and shall be known as the Lycoming County Veterans' Memorial Highway.
(b) The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs identifying the above portion of road as the Lycoming County Veterans' Memorial Highway.
