Section 2201. Powers and Duties in General.--The Department of Labor and Industry shall, subject to any inconsistent provisions in this act contained, continue to exercise the powers and perform the duties by law vested in and imposed upon the said department, the several former bureaus and divisions thereof, and the Industrial Board abolished by the Administrative Code of one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three.
