Section 1316. Appealable actions.
A person aggrieved by an order or other administrative action of the commission issued or taken under this article may, within 10 days from actual or constructive notice of the action, appeal the action in accordance with 2 Pa.C.S. Chs. 5 Subch. A (relating to practice and procedure of Commonwealth agencies) and 7 Subch. A (relating to judicial review of Commonwealth agency action).
