Section 1317. Applicability.
Unless classified as hazardous by the Environmental Quality Board, food processing residuals under this subarticle:
(1) Shall not be considered residual waste under the Solid Waste Management Act.
(2) Are not subject to the provisions of section 501(a) of the Solid Waste Management Act.
