Section 1601-V. Definitions.
The following words and phrases when used in this article shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
"Council." The Pennsylvania Long-term Care Council established under section 1602-V(a).
"Department." The Department of Aging of the Commonwealth.
